Navalnagar is located in a rural area. It is in Dhule District and Dhule Tahsil, situated on Dhule Amalner highways it is the central place for nearby villages The Cluster of small villages is around Navalnagar. The Gross education for the neighboring village communities was found to be sound and satisfying. Navalnagar is 18 kms. From Dhule and 20 km from Amalner, there was no facility of higher education for the students who belonged under the poverty line former central communication minister in central government Hon Adv. Nanasaheb Vijay Naval Patil observed the very needs of students. Therefore he established this college under Gram Vikas Mandal’s on 21st June 1993. The main goal of this institute is to provide and promote higher education to rural economically deprived students.
This college has been run by the experienced and knowledgeable pattern of Adv. Nanasaheb Vijay Naval Patil and Hon. Mrs. Shilatai Vijay Patil and Hob. Balasaheb Aniket Vijay Patil, with the support of members of the local management committee previously and now nominated as Vidyapeeth Vikas Manch, This body consists, of a socialist, economist, scientist, and an expert in the field of education. Krantiveer Navalbhau Arts College was affiliated with North Maharashtra University previously, now it is known as Kavyitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, The College always perceives the progress of students The staff is active and always ready to adopt new knowledge and healthy practices. We used to participate in Inter-Collegiate and Inter-Zonal sports events and few students were selected for the zone, 1 or 2 students played inter-university in the last decade. The students take initiative in the N.S.S. program. They have remained present for maitre shibir, sahas shibir, avahan came, student parliament, personality development, and workshops on arts and fine arts. The institute promotes students for yuwak biradari, Mahatma Gandhi vichar pariksha, chanakya competitive exam, swami vivekanand vichar pariksha, district-level General Knowledge examination, and essay competition. The students have shown their confidence in yuvarang yuvak mahostva, organized by Vidyarthi Vikas office of the university which was previously nominated as student welfare department vidyarthi kalyan.
Although the college is located in a rural area, till organized three nation-level conferences during the spam of the last five years. Principal and staff members, teaching and non-teaching faculty work as a team. These conferences have received grand success which happened to be fruitful for the scholars and research. This institute consists of three classes F.Y.B.A. S.Y.B.A. and T.Y.B.A. It is a graduation college that provides seven subjects for S.Y.B.A. and T.Y.B.A. classes. All the teachers work hard for the enhancement and progress of the department. The syllabus framing workshop, symposia, and state level, University level seminars have been attended regularly by the faculty. The teacher used to organize departmental workshops and other activities which are essential for the progress of students.
The cultural programs are always organized actively by the faculty. Minimum responsibility is given to the students so that they can become good citizens in the future.
The language teachers have started a literary club Vngmay Mandal, which encourages students to write poems, Articles, stories, essays, etc. ‘Asmita’ Bhittipatrak has regularly been started to enhance creativity and skills among the students. This institute does a green audit, and plants more trees on-premises as well as adopted villages for N.S.S. camps the students use to celebrate Gandhi Jayanti, Lokamanya’s Anniversary, national days and other many programs swatchta abhiyan (Cleanliness Camping) has been organized by the faculty. Few students have shown their skillfulness in debating competitions, Gandhi vichar pariksha, selected for kabaddi, kho-kho, volley ball wrestling up to zonal level.
Maximum faculty members are well qualified and actively participated in research works on the faculty member elected as BOS member previously. He is Dr. Nimba Zopa Patil and Dr. S.J. Patil is now elected as a BOS member of an affiliated University all the teacher’s principal non-teaching faculty are helpful and cooperative students in all walks of their educational careers. Thus the domestic atmosphere has been found on the premises of the college.
